Welcome to The Fantasy X (“the Club”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, applying for membership, purchasing tickets, or attending events hosted by The Fantasy X, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- All members and guests must be aged 18 or over.
- Valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon entry or during membership verification.
- By joining or attending, you confirm that you are legally permitted to attend adult-oriented social events.
2. Membership & Admission
- Membership approval is entirely at the discretion of The Fantasy X.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke membership without refund for breaches of these Terms, unsafe behaviour, intoxication, harassment, illegal activity, or behaviour deemed inappropriate by management.
- Memberships and tickets are non-transferable.
- Entry may be refused if dress code requirements are not met.
3. Club Rules & Dress Code
To help maintain a respectful, clean, safe and enjoyable environment for all members, the following rules apply at all times:
Strictly Prohibited
- Smoking or vaping inside the venue
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Photography, video recording, livestreaming or audio recording
- Mobile phone usage inside club areas unless authorised
- Harassment, intimidation or aggressive behaviour
- Unwanted touching or non-consensual behaviour
- Chewing gum inside the venue
Dress Code
Members and guests are expected to dress smart or smart casual.
The following are not permitted:
- Sportswear
- Tracksuits
- Gym wear
- Trainers
Management reserves the right to determine whether attire is appropriate.
4. Consent & Respect Policy
Consent is mandatory at all times.
- “No” always means no.
- Always ask before touching another person.
- Silence, intoxication, or lack of resistance does not imply consent.
- Harassment, coercion, stalking, intimidation, unwanted touching, or non-consensual behaviour will result in immediate removal from the venue and may be reported to authorities.
All members are expected to respect personal boundaries, privacy, and club etiquette.
5. Hygiene & Personal Standards
- Members and guests are expected to maintain good personal hygiene.
- Guests should arrive clean, fresh, and appropriately presented.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry where hygiene standards are considered unacceptable.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
The Fantasy X takes member privacy seriously.
- Members and guests must respect the anonymity and confidentiality of others.
- Photography, video recording, livestreaming, or audio recording is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by management and all identifiable individuals involved.
- Sharing another member’s identity, photographs, videos, or personal information without consent is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of privacy rules may result in permanent removal from the Club.
7. Tickets, Bookings & Refunds
- Event tickets and memberships are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by The Fantasy X.
- We reserve the right to amend event dates, venues, schedules, entertainment, or themes where necessary.
- Entry may be denied without refund to intoxicated, disruptive, abusive, or non-compliant individuals.
8. Alcohol & Substance Use
- Responsible drinking is expected at all times. We currently do not sell alcohol at our venue, so you should bring your own alcohol.
- Illegal drugs and substances are strictly prohibited.
- Any guest deemed unsafe, heavily intoxicated, aggressive, or under the influence of illegal substances may be removed immediately without refund.
9. Health & Safety
- Attendance and participation at events is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
- Members are responsible for their own sexual health, wellbeing, personal protection, and personal belongings.
- The Fantasy X encourages safe and respectful interactions but accepts no responsibility for private interactions or personal decisions between attendees.
10. Website & Online Community Rules
Users of our website or online community may not:
- Post unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or explicit content
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Spam, advertise, solicit, or promote unauthorised services
- Share private member information without consent
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Fantasy X is not liable for personal injury, theft, loss, emotional distress, reputational harm, property damage, or interactions between members or guests.
- Attendance and participation are entirely at your own risk.
- We do not guarantee the behaviour, compatibility, actions, or conduct of any attendee.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, event concepts, graphics, and materials belonging to The Fantasy X remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate memberships, accounts, bookings, or access without notice for breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
